Service Description
Our Repair Consultation includes up to one hour of professional diagnostic time to verify your concern, inspect the affected system, perform necessary testing, and identify the proper repair. This service may include a road test, visual inspection, professional scan, live-data review, manufacturer service-information research, and component testing. The diagnostic charge covers the technician’s time, equipment, and expertise required to accurately determine the cause of the concern. If you approve and complete the recommended repair with Hunza Motor Group, the $150 diagnostic charge will be waived, and you will only pay for the repair labor at our rate of $150 per book hour, parts, and applicable fees. If the repair is declined or completed elsewhere, the diagnostic charge remains due. Any additional diagnostic time or disassembly will require customer authorization.
